Plan #2: IF YOU HAVE A LOT BUT NEED A HOUSE PLAN
Saying to yourself, “I need a home builder to build on my lot”? You already have your ideal custom home lot in Maryland and you are ready to build your dream home. Choose from one of our many home plans - a wide variety of plans meeting a range of needs and desires. We will then give you a price to build on your lot with all the custom features you chose to make our plan your home.

Plan # 3: YOU HAVE HOUSE PLANS AND A LOT
You have your lot and your plans but need a custom builder help in making it a reality. Regional Homes of Maryland will develop a cost basis for your home to be built on your lot. While reviewing your plans, we can make suggestions that will save you money, as well as make your home more functional and livable.
